William III (1689-1702) Maundy Set, 1699, Fourpence, Threepence, Twopence, Penny. Laureate and draped bust right, toothed border surrounding both sides, reads GVLIELMVS III DEI GRA. Rev, crowned mark of value, date either side of crown, MAG BR FRA ET HIB REX (S. 3553; Bull 1306; ESC 2390). Threepence Very Fine, slight haymarking, others Good Very Fine to Extremely Fine, penny slightly lighter tone otherwise a well-matched set with slight traces of lustre, a key date within the series, very rare, no case.
