Valentinian III (425-455 AD), Gold Solidus, Rome 426-455 AD.

Obverse: Diademed and draped bust of Valentinian III facing right, DN VALENTINIANVS P F AVG.
Reverse: Emperor standing facing, spurning captive with his foot and holding cross-topped sceptre. In left hand, Victory atop globe, crowning the emperor, VICTORIA AVGGG, R-H, CONOB in exergue.
