USA, ‘Capped Bust’ silver Half Dollar, 1829, Philadelphia, capped Liberty bust. Rev. American Bald Eagle, with wings spread and a bundle of arrows and an olive branch in its claws. A scroll above the eagle includes the motto E PLURIBUS UNUM, denomination in ex., edge: FIFTY CENTS OR HALF A DOLLAR, 13.40g (Yeo. 2016; S. 199).
About Uncirculated, superb lustre, with a slight scratch across obverse which is minimally noticeable on this rare coin.
