Charles Howard Agabeg Sturge was born on the 15th of November 1897 gazetted 2nd Lieutenant 15th of September 1915 attached Machine Gun Corps 27th of March 1916 to the 22nd of June 1921. Lieutenant 24th of April 1917, Captain 21st of January 1926, Major 1st of March 1938 France and Belgium 20th of October 1916 to the 6th of December 1917 and 30th of April 11918 Russia 1919 Wounded 14th of December 1917. In 1951 he was made Superintendent of the Federation of Malay Police
