Description

Queen’s South Africa Medal, 3rd type, four clasps, Cape Colony, Orange Free State, South Africa 1901, South Africa 1902 awarded to Driver Harry Clark “U” Battery Royal Horse Artillery (4269 Dvr: H. Clark. U Bty: R.H.A.), impressed naming toned very fine.

Harry Clark attested for the Royal Horse Artillery at Brighton on the 5th of January 1900 stating that he was an 18-year-old Labourer a native of Brighton. He served in South Africa with “U” Battery Royal Horse Artillery form the 19th of January 1901 to the 18th of November 1902, he was discharged after 2 years 315 days with the Colours on the 16th of December 1902.

Sold with copy Service Papers and Medal Rolls confirming all four clasps.
