Obverse: AVERLIVS CAES-AR AVG PII F COM, bare head of Marcus Aurelius facing right.
Reverse: Marcus Aurelius (right), clasping hands with Faustina (left), Concordia standing between them.

Extremely Fine. Very Rare reverse type and a superbly engraved portrait of the young Marcus Aurelius. Some original mint lustre remaining in protected areas of the fields.
