James II (1685-88). Crown, 1687, second laureate and draped bust facing left, edge reads TERTIO. Rev, crowned cruciform shields, Garter Star at centre, date either side of crown above English shield. (ESC 78; Bull 743; S.3407).

Attractively toned dark silvery grey, with usual haymarking, some weak points on hair as usually found, about extremely fine.
