Ilkhanid, Sati Beg (AH 739 / 1338‑1339 AD), silver 2 Dirhams, AH 739 / 1338/9 AD, Baghdad mint, 2.13g (A. 2232.1). Very Fine, obverse a bit off center, some peripheral flatness to surfaces. Rare.

Sati Beg was an Ilkhanid princess, the daughter of Uljaytu and the sister Abu Sa’id. In 1338–1339 AD, she was briefly the Ilkhanid Khatun (Queen regnant) during internal conflicts and fragmentation of Ilkhanid rule.
