Gold Solidus, Mint of Constantinople AD 351-355.

Obverse: Bust of Constantius II facing slightly to the right, cuirassed, holding a spear and shield decorated with the motif of a horseman spearing a fallen enemy, FL IVL CONSTAN-TIVS PERP AVG V.
Reverse: Roma (left) and Constantinoplois (right) seated facing one another, both holding a shield inscribed VOT/XXX/MVLT/XXXX; GLORIA REI-PVBLICAE, CONS in exergue.
