Charles I (1625-1649), Halfcrown, Oxford Mint, 1644, smaller King on horseback left with raised sword, rocky ground below, Oxford plume behind, initial mark rosette, rev declaration in two lines, three Oxford plumes above, the central plume larger, date and ox below, 14.38g (Bull 610/11 ; Brooker 904; N.2421; S.2965).

Weakly struck in parts, with a deep old scratch, toned, nearly very fine, reverse stronger and rare.
