George II (1727-60), Two Guineas, 1748, older laureate bust facing left, legend reads GEORGIVS.II. DEI.GRATIA., toothed border both sides. Rev, crowned quartered shield of arms, integrating the Arms of Hanover, nine strings to Irish harp, date either side of crown, legend reads, .M.B.F.ET.H.REX.F.D.B.ET.L.D.S.R.I.A.T.ET.E., edge, diagonally milled (MCE 295; S.3669).

About extremely fine with hints of lustre.
