George II (1727-60), Halfpenny, 1738, young laureate and cuirassed bust left, rev Britannia seated on globe with spear, shield and spray of leaves, date in exergue (Peck 852; S.3717).

Flan flaw by forehead, some colour retained in legend, otherwise toned, well struck with an attractive reverse, a pleasing extremely fine.
