Charles I (1625-1649),Bridgnorth-on-Severn, ‘Declaration’ Shilling, 1646, crowned ‘Bristol’ bust left, plumelet before face, XII behind, rev. RELIG . PRO | LEG . ANG | LIB . PAR : in three lines, three even plumes above, 1646 in exergue below, stops beside date, 6.31g, 6h, p.m. plumelet over Br on obverse only. (N2521; S 3040). Good fine or better, some light scratches on obverse.
