Edward VI (1547-1553). Fine Silver Crown, 1553, 3 struck over 2, King on horseback right, date below, circles and FRA HIBER type legend surrounding, E struck over retrograde E at start of legend, initial mark tun both sides. Rev, die axis at 4 o’clock, quartered shield over long cross fourchée, no wire line inner circle, 30.49g (Lingford dies A/18; N.1933; S.2478).

Toned, short scratch above rear of horse, a few light surface marks, toned, a bold very fine and very rare.
